- Here is Scotty in the middle of “One of the best 900’s” Pat Bridges has ever seen. Do you think Pat Bridges would bull shit anyone? No way! Seriously look at this fucking thing, so high up there and Scotty just casually grabbing the nose like a fat guy grabbing for the remote on the arm of his lazy boy, sick, sick sick. - Look how stoked those kids are on this Japan air
SR: What have you being doing so far this season?
SL: Chillin really, I kinda got hurt early season so I kinda took a break. Started off at X games and then just came back from Air and Style in Austria, that was pretty fun out there and here (Tamarack Grand Prix). Yea man, been having a good season so far
SR: What was the injury?
SL: I tore my abdomen and separated the cartilage from my rib
SR: Gnarly! Where did you do that?
SL: Yea that would hurt bad! (laughter) I did it at Copper practicing for the first Grand Prix. I didn’t quite make it (laughter)
SR: I was wondering why you absent from Breck, now we know
SL: Yup (laughter)
SR: X Games was your first contest of the year
SL: Yup
SR: What’s next?
SL: Chillin here in Idaho, filming with Grenade out here, somewhere around Brundage
SR: Back country?
SL: Yea, I got my sled out here. I am going to do a little bit of that and then head up to Norway for the Arctic Challenge. I think I am going to call it quits for contests after the Arctic Challenge and then film and shoot
SR: What about the US Open, that’s practically in your home state?
SL: I don’t know I’ve done it 12 years in a row so maybe I will have to go for one more (laughs) I am not really burnt on contests…but I don’t really like doing them
SR: Are you stoked on where you at in Snowboarding?
SL: Yea man I couldn’t be happier
SR: Big Plans?
SL: See what happens, just shred hard, do my best and then whatever happens from there you know
SR: Thanks!
