Tignes, France - Jenny Jones went into today's final in the number one spot after she led the entire field in eliminations on Wednesday. Jones takes home her first Winter X Games Europe Slopestyle gold after taking home gold at Winter X Games in Aspen in both 2009 and 2010 - the first woman from Great Britain to earn a Winter X Games medal.

This winter has been record cold in many places. With the snow masses we’ve gotten here in Helsinki, it feels like this could be the beginning of a new ice age. Riders have been slashing powder in the middle of the city and most of the parks in southern Finland have been better than ever.

Tignes, France - Last month, Breckenridge resident Eric Willett took home a silver medal from Snowboard Slopestyle at Winter X Games 14 in Aspen. Today in the men's final in Tignes, France, Willett upgraded and will bring gold back to his hometown in Colorado.

Come to Mountain High this Wednesday, March 17th, for the second Vans Jib City Nights. The crew will be bbq'ing free food, serving up cold beverages, and giving out a bunch of great schwag! There will also be a best trick session for some cool, new Vans gear. The night kicks off at 5pm so we'll see you there.

Seattle, WA – Lib Tech is stepping up to give away a FREE 2011 Travis Rice C2 BTX, Snowboard to the winner of the annual VholdR Top5 “Snowboarding” Video Contest. Along with the FREE Travis Rice board, Lib Tech is giving boards to 2nd through 5th place as well. Winners are selected for having the best snowboarding videos on the VholdR.com community.

Aspen/Snowmass, CO – Aspen/Snowmass will offer skiing and riding on Aspen Mountain until 6 p.m. this Friday, March 12 in conjunction with the third Moonlight Dinner of the season at the Sundeck. In addition, all foot passengers are FREE from 5:30 to 9 p.m. to access the event.

Check out the Snowboard SuperPipe Men's Elimination Results! - Tignes, France - Kaitlyn Farrington has competed in the Winter X Games for the past three years, and tonight in the women's Snowboard SuperPipe final, she leaves Winter X Games Europe with her first gold medal. In a field of six women, four of whom were Olympians, Farrington and Bright went head-to-head for the title.

Park City, Utah – Park City Mountain Resort will host a Shred-a-Thon benefiting the Salt Lake City Chill Program, Saturday, March 13, 2010. Proceeds from this event will directly benefit the 120 inner-city youth from Salt Lake City that participate in the local non-profit instructional program.
