Love for Cody Rosenthal - Back Fundraiser
Cody Rosenthal recently broke his L3 vertebrae on day two of Super Park 09. He was flown out of Mammoth Lakes Hospital to Renown Hospital in Reno and is currently in ICU. His surgery takes place May 10, 2009. This group is for all of us who love Cody and wish to support him and his family financially during this very difficult time. Like most talented snowboarders in this industry, Cody does not have Health Insurance. Any donations anyone can give are deeply appreciated.

The Injured Riders Foundation has been approved for 501 (c)(3) status, which means that it is a charitable non-profit organization. Snowrev.com and The Injured Riders Foundation are here to support riders like Cody who have been hurt doing what they love to do. Through the Foundation we now have the opportunity to help riders like this and you can learn more about what you can do at the "Ways to Help" section of the Injured Riders website.
The Mission of The Injured Riders Foundation is to support injured riders hurt while participating in the art of action sports. The foundation helps offset expenses for under insured/uninsured injured riders by assisting with their health care costs, prescription costs, and rehabilitation costs. As well as promote physical health, mental health and safety awareness through peer directed and operated services.
The Injured Riders Foundation can now begin receiving tax-exempt donations. The IRF welcomes all levels of donation, whether it's a one-time gift, a monthly donation or the establishment of a matching gifts program. The IRF is fully dedicated to making a difference and needs your help to grow the funds needed to assist those who are injured. Supporting the injured can't be accomplished without your help.
