SIA 2008 Day Three
SIA 2008 Day: Three
Photos by John Centi, Annemarie Loconti and Billy Bacon from Suburban Blend
"Madness, Total Kaos" Well thats Snow business and there is no place that it goes down like the SIA trade show every year in January. The third and not so final day of the trade show was pretty intense. Its one of the two peak meeting days, and people are running around like mad dogs after the bone.
Snowboard Revolution was conveniently placed in the yard lounge area with Mark Frank Montoya (The Block), Endeavor Snowboards, Forecast, and Tyrant Snowboards and sponsored by Snowboard mag and Fuel Tv. What a combo. Major parties, tons of people, product and well the photos will tell the rest.

The Yard was popping everyday. The Block, Snowrev.com, Endeavor, Forecast and Tyrant shared the Block and had some pretty dope block parties every single night. Here was a photo from last night.

Rome Snowboards has an sick looking line of boards and bindings, their video interview from SIA will be online shortly. They had major parties every day. As Ed would say "Rome is Heavy Metal".

Buy, sell, buy, sell. Forum Snowboards "Invest in Fun"

The RAIL JAM: Did anyone else know there was a rail jam?

These kids were dropping in on rollers generally used on moving food from Sysco trucks. Pretty good idea, the kids were flying, next time though, Bring some snow.

Whats more metal? Rail jam on snow, or rail jam in Las Vegas carpet?

Front board 270 out onto carpet. These kids must be from the Netherlands where carpet shredding is the norm. I think Cheryl Maas is from around there and she is a ripper.
Thats it, one more day. Meetings, parties and booze are almost over. You gonna miss it?
