Cypress Mountain, BC – Olympic gold medalists Hannah Teter (Belmont, VT) and Kelly Clark (Mt. Snow) added silver and bronze to their respective trophy cases, while Australia's Torah Bright brought the gold medal Down Under with a final run 45.0 in tonight's women's halfpipe.

Vancouver, BC – The sport of halfpipe snowboarding has come a long way since its inclusion in the Olympics in 1998, and no group of athletes has been more instrumental in its recent evolution than the 2010 U.S. Olympic Halfpipe Team, which met the press for its arrival conference in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon.

Aspen, CO - With thousands of her hometown fans cheering her on, the first lady of Aspen, Gretchen Bleiler threw down a huge 900 on the first hit of her second run to win her fourth Winter X Games gold. In what will hopefully be a prelude to what they have in store for Vancouver, Bleiler's Olympic teammates Kelly Clark (Mt. Snow, VT) and Hannah Teter (Belmont, VT) joined her on the podium in second and third.

The final Grand Prix went down in Salt Lake and the US Olympic Pipe team was named, mostly. Look for full story and gallery soon. Shaun White, Kelly Clark, Louie Vito, Scotty Lago, Gretchen Bleiler and Hannah Teter are in as of press time. The balance of the team will be announced soon. There are some tied and/or very close scores so more spots are yet to be determined. It’s the Olympics, you thought it would easy to figure out?

Park City, UT - Two weeks after locking down their Olympic spots, Shaun White (Carlsbad, CA) perfected his double McTwist 12 and Kelly Clark (Mt. Snow, VT) bested the women's field Friday night during the Sprint U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix victory at Park City Mountain Resort.

But, according to the Olympic gold medalist, none of her successes would have been possible if she weren't afforded the opportunity to attend a mountain school.
