CTTC Announces Banner year for California Snow Resorts Sacramento, CA – As the snow season comes to a close, the California Travel & Tourism Commission (CTTC) announced that 2009-2010 was an incredible year for winter recreation, with an increase of more than half a million visitors to California’s snow resort areas. CTTC credited both a long snow season and the California Department of Transportation’s proactive plan to keep the roads to major resort areas open for business. 5/18/2010
