Fantastic Conditions in Jackson Hole Teton Village, WY - Winter unleashed its full force on the Tetons, plastering Jackson Hole with 62” of snow since Tuesday January 19th. Mountain conditions are at all time highs, from over the head powder on the Hobacks to fresh groomed corduroy on Sundance and Gros Ventre. The hollering of skiers leaving trenches behind them down Rendezvous Bowl was audible across the hill.

30 Inches of New Snow at Jackson Hole Teton Village, WY - A series of Rocky Mountain storms slammed into the Tetons this weekend dropping 30” of new snow since Friday, allowing for even more acreage to open across the mountain. Skiers and riders took full advantage of the largest continuous vertical drop in the country via newly opened terrain including Cheyenne Bowl, Bernie’s Bowl and Riverton Bowl.

“Man-Made: Rocky Mountain Sky Tram” Premiere Teton Village, WY - In April of 2006 Jackson Hole’s famed Aerial Tram made its final winter voyage to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain. The removal and subsequent construction of a bigger, better, and faster tram is one the greatest feats of engineering in the ski world, and the subject of a National Geographic production called “Man-Made: Rocky Mountain Sky Tram” scheduled to air this Thursday at 4pm Eastern time.
